Personal Statement

Rest assured that all of your Real Estate needs will be fulfilled by Rob. He brings over twenty years of construction and maintenance experience with him. He has worked in roofing, underground sprinkling, concrete, and twelve years of plumbing. He is a journeyman plumber who's been involved in all aspects of plumbing maintenance, as well as having experience in commercial and residential remodels and new construction. Rob has his contractors license and he built his first house in 1998, completing 90% of the project on his own. He has extensive experience in remodeling of homes, and knows what to avoid when purchasing a home for investment purposes. Rob was involved in starting Strawberry Point Developments in 2006, and Rob has been purchasing, rehabbing, and renting out properties. Managing investment properties became an important next step for him when he realized a need for it and he helped start ALT property Management. Rob looks to assist those who are looking to put their investments into the housing market.
